For the European Union, Standard Delivery via Royal Mail costs £8.99 (free over £150) and takes 3-6 business days. Express via FedEx/DHL costs £19.99. For the USA & Canada, Standard Delivery via Royal Mail costs £9.99 (free over £200). Express via FedEx/DHL costs £21.99. The Return Policy states that if you wish to return your order, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns are required to be in the original resalable condition that you received them in. Returns must be received back within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the returned items are received. Credit notes will be issued for goods received after 14 days of receipt by the customer (up to 28 days) which will be valid for 12 months from the date issued. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, you must contact them by email or the contact form within 7 days of receipt. The incorrect or faulty item must then be returned within 14 days of this notification. If goods returned are deemed faulty, incorrect, or damaged after inspection, you will receive either a full refund, repair, or replacement, plus reimbursement for the return delivery charge when postage receipt is provided (up to a maximum of £10). Please note if the item is deemed not faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all postage costs. They do not currently offer a free returns service. You are welcome to send your products back for an exchange within 14 days of receipt by the customer. There will be a standard shipping charge for re-deliveries of exchanges.
